With the concept of "enjoying a meal as if you were in a foreign country while in Aso," we offer creative cuisine based on the flavors of various countries. We use local ingredients in abundance, and we do not use artificial seasonings, but rather take advantage of the flavors of the bounty from the earth. Vegans and others who are particular about their diet are also welcome to visit us.

Owner
I grew up on a farm in Sardinia, Italy, where tomatoes and artichokes are grown. With a personality that is interested in many different things, I studied languages in various countries, including France and England, experienced various jobs, and came to Japan. In Japan, I have lived in Osaka and Tokyo while managing a language school, and now I am managing a lodging facility in Aso, a place rich in nature. I am interested in theater and have studied Kyogen. I am also interested in health and cook special dishes using vegetables I grow, and I also learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for exercise.
